Sunrise SUP Tour - Porto Istana Beach
trending_upDifficulty: EasyStart the day in one of the most beautiful ways possible: paddling on calm water while the sun rises over the horizon. 🌅 During the Sunrise SUP Tour, you will experience the sea at its most peaceful moment, when the light is soft, the beaches are still quiet, and the colors of the sky reflect on the crystal-clear water. The experience begins around 5:30 AM from the beach of Porto Istana, one of the most beautiful bays on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, with a spectacular view of Tavolara Island. After a short introductory Stand Up Paddle lesson, the tour starts with a relaxed paddle along the coastline, accompanied by qualified instructors and local SUP guides, with the support of lifeguards to ensure maximum safety. No previous experience is required: the tour is also suitable for beginners and all professional equipment is provided. Each participant will receive a SUP board, paddle, safety leash, life jacket, and a waterproof bag for personal belongings, as well as AiCS membership with insurance coverage. During the experience, photos and videos will be taken as a memory of the tour, and one of the most special moments of the activity will be a breakfast served directly on the SUP boards in the middle of the sea, surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of sunrise. This unique moment makes the experience even more special compared to the classic breakfasts on the beach. ☕️🥐 To enjoy the experience at its best, it is recommended to bring water, a hat, a towel, and sunglasses. If you wish to snorkel during the stops, you may also bring a mask or swimming goggles. 🤿🕶️🧢

The paddle boarding trip was a highlight of our holiday. Aloysia and Marco were very friendly and gracious, and took great care of our safety. You could tell they loved their work and their beautiful island. The setting was breathtaking with crystal clear water and clear skies. We even saw dolphins, less than 20meters from us. They served us a beautiful breakfast spread on our boards, a unique and cool surprise, like we were on a floating cafe! I would highly recommend doing this with them. They’re a small family business and love what they do!

This SUP tour really is a unique experience and a must-do if you are on the costa smeralda. My daughter (9 years old) and I have never been on a SUP before and Alyosia and Marco gave us such great instructions that we were able to take part in the tour without any problems. After about 1.5 hours on the SUP and a short detour to a nearby bay, we had a wonderful refreshment in the form of snacks and drinks - all lovingly prepared with Sardinian specialties - then, with a bit of luck, we went on to see the dolphins, who gather in the bay in the morning and evening to catch a few fish at the fish farm. A magical experience and also recommended for families! We will definitely be booking it again on our next trip to Sardinia!

We went on a sunset paddle with Aloysia and Marco a couple weeks ago. We had an amazing time. The setting was beautiful, met some new families from other countries and we were treated to a wonderful break with delicious food and wine. We even got to see dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water. It was a wonderful end to the day, and an excellent way to end our vacation. Thanks to Aloysia and Marco for taking care of us and sharing your passion with us.

We've done the sunset tour, I can highly recommend it. It was beautiful, nice scenery, awesome team that guided us through our first time doing SUP. We saw some great spots along our 3 hour tour, had some local snacks and saw some dolphins. We would always do it again. Thanks for this amazing time
