After the first kilometers, the tour reaches one of the most scenic viewpoints in Gallura, overlooking Lake Liscia, one of the most beautiful inland landscapes in northern Sardinia. The route then continues along much of the lake’s perimeter, offering spectacular natural views and a deep immersion in the wild nature of the region. 🌿🏞️ During the tour there may be a stop to visit one of the most remarkable natural sites in the area: the millenary olive trees of Luras, monumental trees estimated to be 3000–4000 years old, considered among the oldest in Europe. 🌳 After leaving the olive trees behind, the route continues along short gravel sections and asphalt roads before reaching a 10 km panoramic climb almost entirely free of traffic. At the top, a short break allows riders to recover before descending back towards the starting point. Great bike rental!! We had a fantastic time thanks to Maurizio and Alessio - the service was so friendly and incredibly helpful! They gave us perfect route recommendations, including mountain bike trails in Punta Contessa Park and a beautiful ride to explore Capo Testa. The bikes were new and very well maintained—highly appreciated - we definitely recommend!

We had a brilliant day out on the bikes thanks to Good Mood Cycling! The guys were super friendly, helpful and adjusted everything to fit our little family perfectly. They also showed us maps of the area and gave some great tips about on where to go. The bikes were great quality - sturdy and got us safely up and down the hills of Capo Testa. Highly recommend :)

Great bike rental! I can reccomend it to everyone who wants to discover beauty of Sardinia from bicycle's saddle. Nice road bike offer. Helpful stuff with choosing route tips. Just great day on the bike!

We wanted to hire some bikes during our holiday. With the heat and not knowing where to visit we decided to take a guided tour. If this is of interest to you, Maurizio owner of Good Mood Cycling Sardinia is the man. Maurizio our guide for the 3 hour morning cycle took us around Santa Teresa Gallura and Capo Testa. Maurizio is very knowledgeable of this area, where we stopped at historical sights like WW2 bunker, lighthouse along with many beaches and a special place that not many people have visited. Maurizio gave perfect advice on the use of the E-bikes and tricky terrain. Maurizio cared for us through out the trip. Highly recommend the guided tour and trust me 3 hours is enough in the heat!! Great experience from Good Mood Cycling. The guys were really helpful when I popped in to see what the options were. I ended up hiring a Mountain Bike for a couple of days across my holiday. Good Mood Cycling allowed me to pick the bike up the night before (subject to availability) so that I could make an early start which was really useful. Mountain Bike was in great condition and staff ensured that the bike was sized well. For planning routes I used Strava heatmaps to check out where other people have been MTB in the area and had a couple of really good half day outings.
